SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery Information

Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 am (pst) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. 

International Shipping: Options and Costs

International shipping rates vary. During checkout we calculate shipping costs based on your location and estimated weight of your package.

International Shipping: Import Taxes and Duties

Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any possible fees.

 

RETURN POLICY

Standard Return Policy 

All returns must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your item(s). Please contact support@rs.direct.


To be eligible for return, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. 


The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Returns must be made at your own expense. Please return using a standard trackable service. 

Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
